I've been with Rogers for many years. And I've been trying to get a better deal, cause they offer deals on new lines that are $30+ cheaper than mine. I talked to a customer rep on November 20th, he couldn't do anything but said Loyalty would call back. They never did.
On November 29th, I called back, and the guy gave me a 16$ discount (still not 30$ cheaper) and gave me a number he said was loyalty... But when I called, it was just a 2nd number for support again...
I think it's time to change provider

Thats beacuse there is no real competition between cell phone providers. Now after Rogers swallowed SHAW and TELUS swallowed other smaller providers they can do whatewer they want. Customer service is a joke for both companies. They all have useless virtual assitants and they dont care are you going to stay with them or not. SHAW was like this wfter Rogers bought them.
