I just would like to express my disappointment to Rogers. I have been a loyal customer. I kept calling them days before black friday and even on the day of Black friday to ask for bonus or further discounts. The agent refused to help me and said she can’t do anything. I told her other carriers have better deals with cheaper price and still the agent refused to help.
That was the reason I moved to Telus. I literally went to telus after the agent refused to help me.
