DISSATISFIED from LIKEWIZE

I've been around

I got my phone back in june 2023 and lost it recently. Since then, I am trying to get in touch with likewize, they are sending us to rogers and rogers says they can’t help us out. Likewize is saying everytime we contact them that someone will contact us back in 2 days. But no one contacts. When i called last they told me to call rogers as my phone is not registered to my account. I called rogers and they said everything is fine on their end. I am without phone from past 2 weeks. What are we paying insurance for? Just to get scammed from these companies. Literally tired of contacting them everyday, every single time they tell us to wait for another two days?
