Was without service for over 10 days. Took multiple calls and two techs to come out to finally resolve the problem. Remarked to multiple Rogers agents that I expect a credit on my account. After waiting 100 minutes on a call to trying to get my credit I gave up. Rogers isn’t interested in treating their customers fairly. Shameful.
