Rogers raised the price for the renewal of our contract after we were quoted a price. Is there a way to contact a high up manager to resolve a complaint regarding a contract price that was not honoured without waiting on the phone for hours

television Services (CCTS) may be able to assist you free of charge: www.ccts-cprst.ca or
1-888-221-1687.
That's straight from our bill. I suggest you use that as a starting point and mention it next time you get through on the phone.
