My condo is upgrading to Ignite and I'm supposed to call a specific Rogers number to get my current TV and internet services upgraded, but I haven't received the mail I was supposed to and I can't find the specific contact info anywhere on the Contact Us page.
If anyone knows the number for Bulk Services Upgrading to Ignite or whatever, I'd appreciate the help, thanks.

You can contact the Bulk account specialists at 1-855-759-5856. The hours of operation are Monday to Sunday: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. (local time).

I just called on 1-855-759-5856 about 15 mins back (Wednesday, 11:45 AM EST)..
I got recorded message "Our Customer Care Center is closed"..
Please advise what is the good time to call them?
