Confusion with Payment Due Date

My bill due says 1/27/2022 and Rogers sent a reminder claiming payment is due 1/12/22. Why?

how was the reminder? text? call? a letter mailed to you?  do u have more than one service with multiple due dates? does other family members at your household have rogers services too?  these are important questions to answer to help us answer your question
