Cannot upgrade plan or phone

I've been around
I am unable to upgrade / change plan as I keep getting the message that I have an order upgrade pending when I access my account online. I don't have an order pending. I've been getting this message for more than a month.

When I call in no one is able to give a definite answer and just being told to wait 30 days. Fast forward post 30 days. They've now just created a case, and said I have to wait again for a fix. This is being annoying, and I'm really considering cancelling my plan and going to Bell with my wife.

How can I escalate this issue further?

I've been here awhile

I was moved to a new plan and then the same issue is happening to me.  Agent says the new plan changes have been made properly but I do not see the Shared Data total correctly online or in app and get this annoying error.  Has your issue been resolved and if so what did they do to resolve it.
