I've been around

I have spent several days waiting on the phone just to cancel my internet services and still was not connected to an agent. Very bad experience, not the first time.

Waiting on the phone for an extended period without being connected to an agent is frustrating and not the level of service we strive to provide. Since we are in the busiest time of the year, all our support channels may be busier than usual, depending on the day and time.
