Why does CNN suddenly gone in my line up said I need to subscribe because it's a HD channel? Thanks

We can confirm that the problem has been resolved, and you should be able to access CNN. We appreciate your patience while we were working on the resolution. 

 

You may have to power cycle (reboot) your Rogers Xfinity Entertainment Box. If the problem persists and you are on the West Coast, please contact the support at Shaw Support: TV.

Same here, all of a sudden, I now have to pay for it again?  Did the lineup change without notification?

Same for me. How can they just remove channels I am subscribed to without notice. Seems like rogers has been cash grabbing on every service the last few weeks. Yet, I’m the one stuck on a contract that I can’t get out of. Embarrassing.
