Appreciation Discount - When would I lose it?

I used to work for Rogers up until August 11th 2023.

I am currently looking at changing my plan to a plan that won't affect my appreciation discount. From what I remember, your discounts should be okay as long as your plans are in-market plans and not targeted plans. 

Could someone confirm if I will lose my 30% discount if I change my plan?
