Anyway to get back in contact with a MyRogers Chat specialist?

I had an extremely positive experience with a chat specialist. I'm pretty sure everything was completed. But before I had a chance to thank them and tell them how great everything was a popup came up for me to put my email in to get a chat log emailed and I lost them. The email had a Chat ID and interaction #.

Just wondering if there is a way to say thank you and tell them how much I appreciated everything. They really made the whole experience great. It was very much appreciated.

Sure. Scroll down this page to "Contact Us" and click it. Then scroll down on the Contact Us page to "Send a Compliment."
Just fill in your account info, and then you can type your compliment and chat details inside the box provided.
They won't contact you later, but they will hunt the person down and pass your compliment on. 💌
