Adding an Authorized Contact to My Internet Account?

I'd like to add my wife to our rogers internet account so she can deal with matters while i'm out of the country. How do i go about that? can it be done online in rogers.com?

You can add an authorized contact by reaching out to us via any of the methods listed here: rogers.com/contactus.

You are not able to add an authorized contact online via self serve on rogers.com.
