When I login it says my account (but not the correct #) has been cancelled and now my internet is not working. I have been a loyal Rogers customer for 18 years and never had so many spam and misconnection emails! My bill is all paid and services are still working when I call just not via my online account.

That is strange that you are getting a message as soon as you sign into your MyRogers account that your services have been cancelled, but you can confirm that your services are still working inside the home.
Have you made any recent changes to your account? Upgrades to services or plan changes? If you can let us know some more details, we will be happy to assist.
