8 hours spent trying to return our phones

Never in my life have I encountered such an unbelievably terrible process. Anywhere. Ever. PLEASE. We just want to return our phones for the upfront edge / save and return program. Why is it SO HARD to get a return kit?!? I've called and waited on hold until it timed out multiple times today, (still on hold as I write this), spent an hour and a half on chat support only to be told we have to call in. Stood in line for 2 hours at the mall location and still didn't get served. PLEASE can we just return our phones so we don't get billed the thousand+ amount at the end of the term??????
