My problem was rectified by getting a new modem and also a direct connection to the outside line, and getting rid of Rogers home phone. I run the Rogers modem in bridge mode and use my own Asus router.
Hello and thanks for your reply. The upload and download LED lights flash and the "@" LED light is off when the connectivity is lost on the modem. Plugged directly into the wall. Connectivity is lost on my wired devices so naturally wifi goes out too...
