It's Nov. 6, 2023. I was on hold at Rogers from 11 - 12:30 pm and then phone started ringing again and no one answered. I tried again from 2:53 p.m to 4:10 pm and then hung up. I tried to submit my complaint and it would not let me submit it. It ...
