So last Monday I reported via the Rogers app that Internet was not working. Which was during the massive outage.Supports response was that there was no issues with the network it must be my phone.Anyone else experience this?

I’m fixed up. Was talking to Support. My phone died and it came back up under five minutes and I was able to connect to watch. No one called me back so I have no idea what was done but they reset something.
I am having the same issue am on the line with tech support who so far have no idea. Message I am getting is that the phone is paired with another device. I have had this before and they do some reset in the back end.
