I am simply calling customer service to upgrade/change internet with Shaw/rogers.
Now its 180 plus minutes still on hold. This is crazy. Had to call in sick @ work just to make change to internet plans.
Because of the long wait hold, I will cancel all of shaw services. its unacceptable.
With a bit of research on internet, customers are cancelling shaw services just because of wait time.

I understand your disappointment with the longer than usual wait times. It does tend to be much busier at this time of year, and we certainly do our best to get to each and every customer as quickly as we can, all while maintaining a certain standard of service excellence.
Hopefully, you'll reconsider your decision and will give us another opportunity to do better moving forward!
