Nextbox 3.0 Thumbnails

Is anyone out there still using Nextbox 3.0? I'm having an issue with the thumbnail pictures. Every time I record a program (or set a series) I get a blank box... no more nice pictures. Tech support has been useless. Is anyone else out there experiencing this?

For me, these have been relatively useless and depends on the programme.  Some programmes have the correct pictures. Some have the wrong pictures (either a different programme or an old programme with a similar name. Some have no pictures at all.  Sometimes the pictures will appear and/or disappear as time passes - say the next day or week.

If none of your recordings show any pictures, you can try a reboot.

Thanks for your reply. This feature used to work great for me and I enjoy the pictures. I don't think anyone else cares lol. I still have my old pictures, just not getting any new ones. I wish rebooting would work but it doesn't.

It's been more hit & miss when it comes to program icons - i've never had all my icons show up.  Like you, they are nice grey blank boxes - & i've got a 4K box!

I've given up on anything being done - i'd suggest doing likewise!

while in list...hit b button to get pictures back...it is the toggle key
