All my channels are dark. All I see is a box that say "This service is currently not available. Please try again later."
What's going on?

That message usually indicates that you have a poor signal in your home or neighbourhood. It usually affects Switched Digital channels, rather than all of them because the box is sending a signal to the node in your neighbourhood or the head end and it's not getting through. Here's a post on the topic of poor signal.
You can check the signal yourself as outlined in the post or you can contact Rogers and have them check the signal remotely.
