SHM iOS app needs sign in every time

I've been around

Every time I open the app to arm or disarm my system, it makes me sign in. It says “there is a problem with your account, please sign in again”. It’s extremely frustrating and honestly makes me use the system less and I want to cancel the service. Does anybody else have this issue?
