Poor Doorbell Camera Quality

Is anyone else finding the door bell camera is awful? I had a $16 Amazon one before signing up in November for the Shaw one. The shaw camera is sooooo dark. I can barely make out people standing at the door most of the time.

Hello there @Kelseym84 ,

So sorry to hear this! The camera definitely should not be displaying that way. Even when it gets dark out, the night view should kick in automatically. 

If possible, can you provide us with some screen shots of what you are seeing?

Also, are you able to do a gentle wipe of the camera lenses using a soft, clean cloth, just be sure it's not a layer of dust that might be causing the issue?
