Had a call from someone claiming to be a Rogers agent named"David Smith" (oddly enough sounds like davinder Singh) offering me a plan that was $65 for a s13 ultra or a iPhone 14. Once I called back to confirm I was told no such order was made on my account, in fact a $85 110g plan was put on and made through live chat I never used it. AsI was on hold with the real Rogers "David Smith" called me back to confirm my order and I told him I was on the phone with Rogers doing that as we spoke. He seemed a bit disgruntled and I hung up went back to the agent and as we were speaking the $85 iPhone order popped up on my account at that moment. And now I'm on hold with Rogers trying to figure this situation out.
Long story short David Smith
