I've been around

Hi. I was connected to Rogers Wireless today. At signup, talked with a rep and provided credit card info. App shows payment processed. Then, a few hours later got a text from +1 (672) ***-*071
“Rogers Support
Attention Needed: Payment Update Required. We were unable to complete your recent payment due to an issue with your payment details. To continue enjoying your services without interruption, please update your payment information promptly.
myrogers-billing-authapp.net “

I checked app again and there is no message/ evidence of payment reversal. I will ignore as I believe thia to be fraud. /phishing

Any texts from Rogers will come from a shortcode, not a phone number. I think the one for billing is 89000.
