I have received a confirmation email with the message "Your new Rogers service request has been submitted." from the sender "OASYS.noreply@rci.rogers.com"

May I know if this sender's email address is legit? Many thanks.

Did you recently sign up for a new service or add any products to your account? I can confirm that the email address is a legitimate one that is sent out automatically after an order has been confirmed and placed.
