Is this Rogers agent legitimate

 Recieved a pamphlet and needs my personal information to set up account for booking an appt for fibre internet hookup. Are they legitimate?

We’re upgrading our existing network in growing areas across Ontario and Atlantic Canada to extend our fibre-optic cabling and equipment beyond the neighbourhood all the way to the home. It is common practice to leave a pamphlet to (potential) subscribers whose neighbourhood was recently upgraded to fibre-to-the-home.
