Good day @TDressler,

Welcome to the Rogers Community and thank you for your post!

FTTH is Rogers fibre-powered network with 100% fibre extended directly to your home. We’re upgrading our existing network in growing areas across Ontario and Atlantic Canada to extend our fibre-optic cabling and equipment beyond the neighbourhood all the way to the home. It is common practice to leave a pamphlet to (potential) subscribers whose neighbourhood was recently upgraded to fibre-to-the-home.

I understand your concern with making sure you received this message from an actual Rogers employee.

We've had to remove this individual's private information from your post, for security reasons. However, I can assure you that we're able to confirm the person who sent you this communication works for Rogers and their email address is legitimate and in our systems.

Please don't hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions. Find more information here.
