I've been around
Hello,
I placed an order for an iPhone 15 Pro Max. Spent over 3 hours dealing with Rogers to place the order. They advised me it would take 2-5 business days to receive the device. It’s been a few days and I still haven’t even received a shipping confirmation, so I reached out to them again and they advised me that my order was canceled and to reach out to the fraud department at 1-888-383-2080. I left multiple voicemails and it’s been a few days and I have still not heard back. I am extremely upset as there was 0 communication with me about the cancellation of the order or why it was canceled. On top of that, no one is able to help me and I absolutely need to hear from those people but it’s impossible to get anyone on the phone. I would love some help please. #veryfrustratedloyalcustomer

I understand that having your order cancelled in this fashion would be distressing, especially if you haven't received any communication from us.

 

Have you been contacted by our Fraud Department as of yet or are you still waiting to hear back from them?

LOL same thing happened to me just yesterday - Looks like it's their MO

Still waiting for an answer after multiple phone calls and messages left.

I've been here awhile

Have spoken to lot of people.  I even got a phone call yesterday from a lovely lady (following a complaint I posted) who said she was going to get someone from fraud department to call me.  So far, no news.

As far as I am concerned, no fraud agent assigned yet.

I've been around

This happened to me.  I gave them my email and address, when they were asking for my birthday I became suspicious and hang up.  The reason I was convinced was they sent me a text that has the last 4 digits of my rogers account, the exact amount of my last payment including the date.  Is there a way top file a complaint to Rogers.  How did they get these information.
