Calls offer English and Chinese but not French

I've been getting calls saying it's Rogers but auto voice says push 1 for English, 2 for Chinese but no French option. I'm in Canada so I hang up assuming it's a scam. Today it was from 1-866-346-3430 according to the display but I also know about the fake numbers display. I had one display a 204 area code with Ashley as a name. Then the heavily accented guy claimed it was Rogers.

I just got an automated call from "Rogers" saying that they are disconnecting my phone line in 2 hours.  Then proceeds to say that if I have any questions, to press 1 for English or 2 for Chinese. No French option? I live in Canada.  Clearly a scam! The phone # was from 431-740-1534. Blocked & deleted!
