Are these numbers valid?

Got a call from someone claiming to be with Rogers, phone number is 6474546519, and another one from 6473138359. Are they scammers?

@RogersJermaine  Can you please confirm if the above mentioned numbers are scammers? I have received a call from 6474551422 asking me to call back on the direct number mentioned above when I asked for verification of the caller.
