Hello Sir/Madam,
Within 3 days i got calls from NTT company stating that they are working on behalf of rogers and startaed aksing all details on our internet service and then started asking our postal code and address,
We are already using cell services from Rogers and all our information is available already with Rogers.
When i asked them why they are asking again our personal information, they say that they wanted to hear from customer. Then i disconnected the call.
That lady's name was Manisha.
I immediately blocked that number and switched off the phone for smetime.
Call from from this number: 833- 834-****.
I contacted the rogers customer care and they say they cannot check this as there was no call log found for calling my number except the chat session i had with them.
Please be aware of fraud people..
