This one doesn't involve Rogers, and probably makes it rounds on all providers:
The Body of the text says:
ALERT UNPAID TICKET: Dear: *Phone number*
We are contacting you regarding an UNPAID PARKING TICKET issued on *in my case*: on August 27th 2024"
According to our records the ticket remains outstanding
For more information please visit our website at unresolved-ticket-transport.com (its not a hotlink, it just says what I typed in), even if it was a hotlink (clickable URL), it would still be a scam.
In BC, unresolved parking Tickets end up going to ICBC, and get tacked onto our Insurance, being that I just bought a new vehicle a month ago, and had my insurance transferred over, without any parking tickets outstanding. I've never had an outstanding parking ticket in 44 years of driving either.

Blocking the number isn't going to do much. 90% of the time they are a spoofed number, if you call the number back, more often then not, you will get a recording that the number is no longer in service, or not an active number. Just keep reporting them
