I use xfinity apps on my android devices. Sometimes, the app asks me to login. When I do, it will sometimes request 2-factor authentication. It sends an SMS to my wife's cellphone and an old email address that I no longer have access to (it's not my @rogers.com email, but rather an @utoronto.ca email).
How on earth do I change that 2-factor email address???

If you can't log into your www.rogers.com account and change the MyRogers profile, then you will need to call in to get it changed.
