how do i get rid of simplex icon flashing every 10 seconds on the screen

Hello @mike975,

Thank you for joining us in the Rogers Community and great first post! 🙂

I've gone ahead and tested out a few different channels on Ignite TV and I'm not noticing any sporadic icons popping up. Just to clarify, is this happening on every channel or only on specific channels? Is this occurring when you are watching live TV on your Ignite Entertainment box or via the Ignite TV app? Are you able to provide us with any screen shots for reference? We'd like to try and get to the bottom of this.
