@lgreenberg Lobby cameras work in many different ways. You really need to discuss this matter with your condo's building management to find out how your system works. For example, it may have worked with Legacy Digital cable, but may not work with IgniteTV. They may now work via the internet, etc.
The building management may need to work with Rogers on this, if applicable.
Rogers will not contact you about this based on your post.

The video output on our DVR connects to Rogers equipment. Just trying to find the correct rogers person to make this connection (I have done this in other buildings) - without spending 4 hours on the phone and telling my story many times! Which department at Rogers makes this happen?
