USA timeshifting not in theme pack

Any idea where the American timeshifting channels are found in the TV packages or the theme packs? I see Canadian timeshifting theme pack but the only place the American ones are embedded in the Super sports package. Wondering if this is a mistake because there are several channels in that theme pack that are not sports related.

I also couldn't find anything for timeshifting, however, I did a search for "Seattle" in the Channels tab and came up with the various channels in Seattle being available currently for $0/month, similar to some 4K channels for example.  Looks like Rogers changed their "themes" and these timeshift channels are now "free" for those who wish to "subscribe."  What happens if you tune to channel 193 or similar timeshift channels on your STB?

I have Xfinity Premier and I have to pay 3$ to get it. Probably because I'm on a older packege (the one with Flex).
