We just switched from cable tv to Rogers Xfinity Streaming. We are unable to get access to our add-ons and subscriptions using the Xfinity Streaming box and remote and wondering if anyone else has encountered this issue? Efforts to resolve the access problem have not proven useful. We can get the add-ons using an old tv remote so it may be a problem with the Rogers Xfinity Voice Remote.

We may need some more details to better understand what's happening. What are the specific streaming apps that you are currently subscribed to, which are inaccessible via your new Xfinity Streaming box? Do they not show up on the list at all? Or does the issue occur when you attempt to select a specific app or program?
If you are seeing any specific error messages, please share. If you are able to provide a screenshot, that would be helpful as well!
