Sound but no picture

I have sound on ignite tv but no picture. Message says: oops…unfortunately this feature is not working. Our engineers are hard at work to resolve the problem
How is the tv picture a “feature”?

Weird stuff. Perhaps the box is trying to access a higher resolution, or power saving function for some reason.
Check your settings for those things just for the heck of it.
I would be tempted to kick the box 3 times in frustration, but would probably just settle for a reboot and hope the problem resolves itself.
A picture is worth a thousand words, but sound without a picture triggers many 4-letter words that I can't say here. 🚨🙈

• Have you tried any troubleshooting steps like power cycling the Ignite Entertainment Box or reseating the HDMI cable on your TV and on the box since noticing this issue?
• Can you try a different HDMI port on your TV?
• Does it happen on all of your TVs or is it just the one box?
• How close is the box to the internet modem?
