Compatible in what way?
With Ignite TV? The Ignite TV set-top boxes connect via HDMI. Rogers (currently) does not offer an Ignite TV app for any smart TVs.
Wi-Fi connectivity? Should work fine.
If you have any specific concerns, please share the make(s) and model(s) of your TV(s) and hopefully somebody in the Community can help.

Seriously in 2024, Rogers STILL does not have a Smart TV app. That is simply unbelievable. Surely you must be working on one? Is there an eta?

hu bundo,
Rogers does not need to create just ONE Smart TV app, they need to create many.
One App for Android TV / Android Box, one app for Samsung TV's, one app for LG TV's, one app for ROKU TV / Roku Sticks, one app for Amazon Fire TV's, Amazon Tablet/Amazon Fire Stick.
I'm sure there are other types of smart TV brands out there each with their own software, and Rogers/Comcast would have to work with each brand to make an app, its not something simple that can be done overnight

Yet Bell has no issue delivering this ages ago? Ok thanks for the reply.

@bundo Comcast has already developed the apps required for Xfinity Streaming. Since the Rogers Ignite TV system is a licenced version of Comcasts Xfinity Tv, there's no good reason that those apps haven't been modified for Rogers use:
https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-stream-app-faqs
Note the following section from that page:
Will I be charged for using Xfinity Stream on any device?
There is no charge for Xfinity customers to use Stream. It’s included with your Xfinity service. However, internet charges may apply if you are off of your home network.
So, given that the apps haven't been ported over to Rogers, that means one or more of the following:
1. Rogers has simply decided not to provide those same apps to its customers, preferring instead to charge customers for each TV set top box they end up using. What's that charge every month? 10$ / month???
2. The work is in progress, and, in a few years, Rogers customers will have access to the same app that Comcast customers have used for several years.
3. Comcast is asking for an amount of money for those apps that Rogers simply won't pay. But, confidentiality agreements prevent Rogers from stating the true cause of its failure to provide apps that are already in use and available to Comcast customers.
