Hello, 2 of my Ignite remotes have stopped functioning properly and I’ve tried all troubleshooting and pairing steps. How can I go about requesting replacements? Thanks.

To obtain replacement voice remotes, you will need to contact Rogers, either by calling Tech Support or sending a private message to @CommunityHelps . Some Rogers stores also carry replacement remotes, so you can try calling your local Rogers store to see if they can assist you.

@kdee10 : It is very strange for 2 remotes to "go bad" at the same time. What are they doing, or not doing? Have you tried new batteries or resetting the remotes to factory?

Under normal use, it's rare for multiple remotes to go bad... but accidents happen.

When contacting Technical Support, hopefully they will also offer helpful suggestions to get the remotes working again before sending out replacements.
