Using Ignite Streaming to watch the Hallmark Christmas Movies results in very poor picture quality ... low resolution, wrong picture ratio, primarily. We call up these programs using Voice. Some of the movies are also interrupted frequently by short adds at random intervals. Thoughts?

Ignite TV streams with adaptive bitrates so the video quality may lower temporarily so that TV can continue to stream even under adverse network conditions. I have not seen that happen but we do watch Christmas movies on W at my parents' house and I can confirm seeing brief audio-video dropouts from time to time. I have not done any troubleshooting yet to determine whether this is a localized network issue, a problem in the back-end or a problem with the source feed.
