I have Rogers Ignite TV box connected to my Onkyo TX-NR7100 AV Receiver via the CBL/SAT HDMI port. The TV Remote will be working fine but when I change to another source on the Receiver and return to the CBL/SAT the Ignite TV remote will not respond. Any suggestions?

I'm confused:
1. Do you mean the TV remote, or the IgniteTV remote?
2. Remotes do not respond. Remotes send signals. Are you talking about the IgniteTV XR15 Remote? Are you talking about the IgniteTV box by any chance? What do you mean.? Please clarify in detail.
In order to properly programme the IgniteTV remote, please go to the following website and follow the setup instructions for your TV and AVR. When properly programmed, the IgniteTV remote will turn the TV on/off (as well as input in most TVs), the AVR on/off and the AVR volume and mute.

@Amaroo66 : Please elaborate. We have found that if the remote is properly programmed per the link in my previous post for the TV and the AVR then the remote will turn the TV on/off, perhaps change the TV's input, and it will turn the AVR on/off, as well as control volume up/down and mute.
https://www.urcsupport.com/urc_product/rogers-xr15/ Click Setup and follow the instructions and input the codes for your particular TV and AVR. TV first, then AVR. The default code for the AVR is 31805. If that does not work, click "more" which gives 32730 as the second code for the AVR.
