Ignite TV not recording

I've been here awhile
Started happening on Sunday (Oct 27) where it did not record Sunday Night Football, then Monday Night Football wasn’t recorded and neither was the World Series Game 3. On Sunday night and Monday night it did show the red recording indicators on the Ignite TV Guide for all those programs yet nothing shows up under Recordings when I checked in the morning.

When Sunday Night Football wasn’t recorded I checked Monday morning and under recordings -> schedule it shows up that Monday Night Football and World Series were set to be recorded that evening.

I delete recordings often and it’s only at 5% now so space isn’t the issue.

I see the other thread with audio issues but this one is different where it was missed completely

Has anyone else been having this issue with missed recordings?

Hey Good morning!

It seems like it’s working again. It recorded the World Series Game 5, and a couple other programs that I have on a regular schedule without me changing anything. I didn’t even do a manual reboot.

I totally understand how disappointing it can be to have your scheduled recordings fail. 

 

We'd be happy to take a closer look to see what is going on! We may need to escalate a ticket to have this investigated but first we'll need to troubleshoot with you. Have you tried rebooting your set top box since this issue began?
