Why does it take at least 24 hours to change 1 Flex Channel? I was told it would basically be instantaneous. Very disappointing.

Thank you for sharing your product experience with us. Typically once the success message appears after you click on Exchange, you can start watching your new Flex Channels.. Did this just happen one time or have you noticed a pattern? Have you recently switched to the Ignite TV service?
