BT headphones

PilotHigh
I've been here awhile

Came from Shaw, now Rogers. Have set up new entertainment boxes. Have connected bluetooth headphones. Working but very loud. Mute on remote kills internal speakers on tv but cannot control volume on BT headphones. Volume controls on remote doesn't do it.

Hello, @PilotHigh.

We're thrilled you joined our Community. Thank you for your post.

The Bluetooth connection often operates independently in terms of volume control as such it can't be controlled with Rogers Xfinity Voice Remote or your TV Remote. We have discussed a similar topic in this thread: Re: Ignite TV and Airpods via Bluetooth - volume?.

The primary way to control the volume of your Bluetooth headphones will almost always be through the headphones themselves. Most Bluetooth headphones have physical buttons or touch controls for volume adjustment or through their respective app.

I hope this information helps! Should you require additional assistance or have further inquiries, please do not hesitate to ask.

Cheers,

RogersMoin
