Hi there,
Since some discussions have been there about transfer from prepaid to postpaid and some mentioned there is no "written proof" about the new plan, committed period and balance return, I just wanted to ask:
Is it possible to view account details (plan, bill, history, etc.) by logging into Rogers MyAccount after transfer to postpaid?
We know the functions had been disabled years ago after Rogers decided not to provide them for prepaid user, but after transferring, some users will become to postpaid user, then the functions will be there, isn't it?
If there is anyone has been transferred and log into your account to verify, will be appreciated.

when you transfer to postpaid you will get a new wireless account number so you must first add the wireless account number to your myrogers profile, once you do that you should be able to see your plan details.

Just done, yes I can see there is such options.
But just don't know where to see the price. In my account, I can see the data balance, talk & text, etc. but no price of the plan displayed.
Thank you for your reply.

Hello, @HowardL.
How are you checking your account? On the web or the MyRogers app?
On the web portal, the plan's monthly cost should be listed under the Mobile Dashboard. You may have to scroll down a little bit.
On the app, the cost should be listed in the Plan tab.
If you would like, we can confirm the cost of your plan. Please send @CommunityHelps a private message. We detailed more info about our private messaging in this blog.
Cheers,

you can view the plan overview and details. When you try to download the usage to a file either Excel or CSV it says their are issues with this and are working on it.

Thanks for reply, the price is not listed in Mobile Dashboard, but after checking, if clicking into "change plan", in new webpage, the price is listed under "Build your plan", which is your current plan.
it's resolved. thank you.
