Switch from Pay As You Go to Monthly plan

I've been around

My Pay as you Go plan expires in Aug/23.  If I change my plan to a monthly plan, would Rogers transfer over the remaining amount of my Pay as you Go plan to my new monthly plan?

1. What is your current plan name/type? (Grandfathered AnyTime plan?)

2. Why do you say it expires?  I didn't know PAYGo plans expired - I've been on the Anytime plan for 14 years and still am - although rates have changed from time to time.

3. If you switch to a monthly PAYGo plan, Rogers usually will credit the new plan with the amount you have left in your old plan. Say you have $45 left and the new plan is $15/mo, then you should get 3 months "free".

4. This is something you need to take up with Rogers.  I have found the PAYGo CSRs to be extremely helpful and there is usually a very short wait to talk to a PAYGo CSR - link on how to do that provided below:

5. If you're talking about migrating to a post-paid plan you may ignore all of what I've said above and you'll need to discuss with Rogers through their usual Post Paid people.  Be very careful to document everything, because lots of people are either confused about what they thought was negotiated, or do not get what they thought they negotiated.

6. I noticed that there are now some new PAYGo (Prepaid) plans available:
