The number you are trying to call is not assigned

DAVE3791
I've been around

When I try to call numbers that are in service, I get this message. It's only a handful of numbers and all seem to be business numbers. I can call from a landline, my wife's phone (Fido) and my sons phone (Rogers) and the calls go through. Like I said, it has only happened with a few numbers, but always. This goes back at least 2.5 years.

Hello, @DAVE3791.

Thank you for your post, and welcome to our Community!

I can imagine the inconvenience of not being able to dial out a few numbers. Have you raised this concern with tech support yet?

Not sure of what troubleshooting you have done so far; can you place your SIM in one of the other two phones and dial out the same problematic numbers?

Please keep us posted on the outcome of this test.

Cheers,

RogersMoin
