My Rogers Gateway does not accept aftermarket 12v dc power supply.
I like to replace it's switching psu with a transformer linear psu.
Any ideas ?
Thank you

Good morning @terryakhan!
We absolutely do not recommend using any power supply other than the one provided with the modem. Using an aftermarket power supply is a potential fire hazard.
Is there any reason in particular you do not want to use the supplied power supply? If it's broken, we can provide a replacement. Please let us know.
Regards,
RogersCorey

Hello Rogers,
Thank you
I accidentally damaged the DC cable lead when I was trying to tidy it up into a harness. I thought I could replace it with an aftermarket 12vdc, but the Gateway does not accept it.
Yes, I would like to have a replacement, I called Rogers Tech many time but get placed on hold for a long time without any answer, this is how come I bought an aftermarket from Canada Computers.
Yes, it would greatly help if you send a replacement unit.
Pls let me know how to proceed getting a replacement
Thank you Terry
