How to contact support by talking to real person

Jennysilkroad
I've been around
Your virtues assistant sucks. It ask me to sign in to connect to specialist, I already signed in. Then she ask me sign off and sign in, which I did, she still insist I haven’t signed in. I even turned off my cell phone, restart from scratch, sign in. Still same thing. Another thing to mention, the sign in process takes 7 minutes, first try it stucked when user name box suppose to show up, after several refresh, restart. I finally signed in the app. Still Ana wouldn’t pass me to specialist. What should I do? Could you provide a phone number so I talk to a real person.
My real question is how to continue use cellular data after overage. I don’t mind the charge, however it keep shutting down the data service. Let me know how this could be changed.

Hello @Jennysilkroad ,

Welcome to the community, we hope you enjoy being here. 🙂

When using our chat bot 'Anna', it can be convenient for simple questions and tasks, so that you don't have to wait in the queue to speak with a live agent. If that isn't working for you or additional info is required, then type in the word 'agent' and it will transfer you to a live person for support.  For additional avenues of support, please click here.

To answer your question, if you are on a post-paid plan with a specific amount of data allotted, then you do have the ability to add more data anytime, without having to change your plan. Just text DATA to 222, choose the data option that’s right for you, and you’re all set!

If you find that you are consistently reaching or exceeding your plan's data limit each month, it may be more cost-effective to simply move over to one of our Rogers Infinite - unlimited data plans. The great thing about these plans is that, even after you've reached your plan's data limit, you can still continue to use unlimited data at reduced speeds, thereafter. This means, no data overage charges, ever!

I hope this answers your question. 🙂

Kind regards,

RogersYasmine
